Refund and Returns Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy 

Effective Date: 1st August, 2025

1. Order Cancellation

• You can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.
• To cancel your order, please contact our support team at admin@otto.benchofcognitors.com.
• Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return (if applicable).

1. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only for eligible returns or cancelled orders (before dispatch).
• Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7 business days after verification.
• In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

1. Return Eligibility

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging within 2 days of delivery.
• Some products (e.g., perishable goods, customized items) are not eligible for return or refund.
• You must provide proof of purchase and reason for return/refund request.

1. Return Process

• To initiate a return, email us at  rahul2015aug@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Once approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup or guide you through the return process.

1. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
• For eligible returns, we may cover the reverse shipping cost depending on the reason.
